Ortho Revision (Mid-Treatment)

Revision (mid treatment) requests should be submitted under the following conditions:

1. Patient has not completed wearing all the aligners for this case
2. Aligners are not fitting or tracking
3. The Refresh Protocol has already been attempted to resolve this same fit or tracking issue

NOTE: Revision requests require new upper and lower intraoral scans, impressions, or stone models to be submitted.
